Digital downloads (patterns, affirmation cards and printables)

Because digital files are delivered immediately, you'll be asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what was described, email us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Printed pattern packs

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the pack unused within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
